S.C. INLAND PROPERTY S.R.L. respects the confidentiality of clients' data and undertakes not to transmit clients' or users' personal data to third parties (natural or legal persons), not to commercialize them, not to offer them free of charge, not to engage in exchanges of data with third parties or other users of the website www.monarchproperties.ro. The personal data of customers and users will only be used for the purpose for which they were entered (e.g. contact with us), for commercial information about our services and for statistical purposes.

According to the legislation on the matter, S.C. INLAND PROPERTY S.R.L. has the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that the clients or users provide.

The collection and processing of personal data complies with the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

By accepting the terms and conditions provided in this section, users and clients of www.monarchproperties.ro or S.C. INLAND PROPERTY S.R.L are informed of the following:

Identity of the data controller personal data. The personal data controller is the company S.C. INLAND PROPERTY S.R.L, with registered office at ...

Categories of data processed. Through www.monarchproperties.ro we collect the following personal data: name and surname, telephone, fax, home or residence address, email address, job title, geolocation data and traffic data and IP addresses. The data are limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

Purpose of processing. We process data for the purpose of contacting customers and suppliers, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. Data is collected only for these purposes and is not further processed in a way incompatible with these purposes.

Basis of processing. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the commercial relations between the operator and the beneficiaries of the services offered by the operator. The provision of all requested data is mandatory in order to benefit from the services offered through www.monarchproperties.ro. Refusal to provide the personal data requested makes it impossible to benefit from the services offered through the website www.monarchproperties.ro.

The processing of personal data for marketing and advertising purposes is based on the consent of the data subject, which is given by accepting the terms and conditions set out in this section.

Rights of the data subject.

By accepting the terms and conditions set out in this section, the user (data subject) has acknowledged that:

- the right to request access to my personal data from the controller;

- the right to rectify inaccurate personal data and the right to obtain the completion of personal data that are incomplete, including by providing an additional declaration;

- the right to erasure of data where (a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (b) the data subject withdraws the consent on the basis of which the processing is carried out and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (c) the data subject objects to the processing on justified grounds; (d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; (e) the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller under Union law or national law to which the controller is subject;

- the right to restrict processing if (a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data; (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use; (c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but the data subject requests it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (d) the data subject has objected to the processing, for the period of time during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controller prevail over those of the data subject;

- the right to data portability;

- the right to object, unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;

- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

- the right not to be subject to automated decisions or additional profiling related to automated decisions.

These rights provided by the EU Regulation 2016/679 are in conjunction with those provided by Law no. 677/2001, namely: the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right to modify the data, the right to delete the data, the right to oppose, the right to be informed about the circumstances if the data concerning him/her are or are not processed by the controller, the right to obtain the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of the data whose processing is not in accordance with the law as well as the transformation into anonymous data of the data whose processing is not in accordance with the law, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address to justice.

The exercise of these rights is made under the conditions provided for by Law no. 677/2001, by a written, dated and signed request sent by post with confirmation of receipt to S.C. INLAND PROPERTY S.R.L.

Recipient of personal data is the operator, the group of companies having the same shareholding as the operator, and any authorities to which there is a legal obligation to disclose.

Period for which personal data will be stored is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which the data were collected.

Declaration of consent.

By accepting the terms and conditions provided in this section, the user (data subject) expressly consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the controller for the purposes set out above.

The user has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, by written request to the controller and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

The consent is freely given and is unconditional, in the sense that the execution of the contract, including the provision of the service is not conditioned by the consent to the processing of personal data that is not necessary for the conduct of business with the controller.
