TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
RESISTANCE STRUCTURE
Each Monarch Soleil dwelling is constructed of 25 cm thick load-bearing brickwork supported by reinforced concrete columns and floor.
The roof is made on wooden structure, covered with Bramac anthracite coloured tiles. The thermal insulation under the roof is made of 15 cm polyurethane foam, which ensures optimal thermal comfort.
EXTERIOR WALLS
The exterior walls are made of 25 cm brick and create superior thermal comfort, enhanced by cladding with 15 cm thick polystyrene thermal insulation system, finished with Ceresit decorative plaster.
Between buildings the wall thickness is double (2x25cm), with a 10cm layer of polystyrene.
INTERIOR WALLS
They are built using 25 cm thick brick and partly plasterboard (4 slabs), with a 10 cm metal structure and 10 cm thick mineral wool insulation.
In the tiled and tiled bathroom areas, the walls are made according to the manufacturer's technology.
JOINERY
Exterior:
Aluminium-clad wooden profiles, triple-glazed double glazing with good sound and heat insulation. The joinery will be designed for the installation of electric rollers and their mechanisms.
Interior:
The doors at the entrance to the building are made of laminated wood with multi-point locking.
The interior doors are made of laminated wood.
FLOORING
To maintain the natural and elegant look of the homes, the surfaces chosen are from premium brands. In bedrooms, hallways, living rooms and bathrooms, you can opt for Italian Emil Ceramics or Design Parquet laminate flooring.
SANITARY GROUPS
The elegance of Monarch Soleil bathrooms is provided by walk-in showers (or Hafro bathtub) and standard sanitary facilities: washbasin, toilet.
Artis Italia batteries complete the picture.
HEATING AND COOLING
Each building is equipped with air-to-water heat pump, underfloor heating system, with room thermostat, which will provide the possibility to individually adjust the temperature in each of the rooms.
Cooling is provided by modern air conditioners.
